1. Service-Based Refunds

FilingsCorner offers professional services such as Income Tax Filing, GST Registration, Company Incorporation, Trademark Filing, and Legal Drafting. Refunds are considered only under specific conditions:

a) Non-Delivery of Service

If your requested service has not been initiated within 10 business days of payment and no documentation has been received from your end, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.

b) Duplicate Payment

In the event of accidental duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 business days after verification.

c) Ineligible Cases

If, after evaluation, it is found that you are legally or technically ineligible for the service, a partial refund will be issued after deducting necessary consultation or processing charges.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note, refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Delays caused by government departments (e.g., Income Tax Department, GSTN, MCA)

  • Change of mind after the order is confirmed

  • Failure to submit required documents or respond to follow-up communications

  • Services that are already rendered or partially completed

  • Rejection of application due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client

3. How to Request a Refund

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. This may vary based on your bank or payment gateway.
