1. GST, Government Charges & Invoicing

  • All prices on FilingsCorner.com are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be charged at checkout.

  • GST invoices and ITC will be issued only if a valid GSTIN is submitted at the time of payment.

  • Government charges, stamp duty, penalties, and third-party fees are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

2. Responsible Use & Conduct

You agree to:

  • Submit accurate and complete details while placing any service request.

  • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.

  • Avoid using automated bots, scrapers, or any unethical access methods.

  • Not copy, reuse, or exploit FilingsCorner’s services or content for commercial purposes without permission.

3. User Content & Rights

If you post or share any content (reviews, comments, queries) via our communication tools:

  • You grant FilingsCorner a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content.

  • You must not post illegal, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content.

  • FilingsCorner reserves the right to remove objectionable content without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on www.filingscorner.com, including text, design, branding, images, and code, is the property of Viha Global Filings Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Specific Service Terms

a) Incorporation Services

  • Stamp duty varies by state and authorized capital; clients must bear these charges.

  • Any additional DSC tokens, capital changes, or courier charges are extra.

b) Trademark, Patent & IP Services

  • FilingsCorner cannot guarantee registration, as approvals are at the discretion of authorities.

  • Clients must track application status and respond to objections via IP India portal.

c) Tax & Compliance Services

  • Clients are responsible for accuracy of all financial and compliance data.

  • FilingsCorner is not liable for rejection, delay, or penalties due to incomplete or false information.

6. Limitation of Liability

FilingsCorner’s total liability, for any service rendered, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays on government portals (e.g., MCA, GSTN, ITD)

  • Rejections due to client errors

  • Downtime, data loss, or indirect damages

  • Third-party service failures

7. Termination of Service

FilingsCorner reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access if:

  • You breach these terms

  • Misuse or unethical behavior is observed

  • There is non-cooperation in completing service

We also reserve the right to delete user data after termination.

8. Cancellation & Refund

  • Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation requests will attract a minimum 20% fee.

  • Refunds will not include government fees, third-party costs, or completed service milestones.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, and the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims.

10. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes. Please review this page periodically.
